Log into your Isetan member account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging along with the completed return form and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our website.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
