- How to Use
- Apply before mascara in the same way as mascara.
- Before the first use, fully load the brush with the primer.
- Place the brush at the base of eyelashes and sweep up to the tip as if to hold them up.
- Use the edge of the brush to apply to lower eyelashes by holding the brush vertically. Wait for the primer to dry, and then apply your mascara over it. The black content seen in the product is fiber.
